Job Responsibilities :

  • Recommends actions, schedules and plans projects, estimates cost and manages projects to completion.
  • Develops and manages local campaign and activity calendar aligned to the local and regional initiatives.
  • Develops metrics and reports on creative development for tactics through the use of a marketing project tracking tool.
  • Monitors expense account reporting for tactics as well as cost of tactics and reports expense trends to marketing management.
  • Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Works closely with the local sales team You’ll be expected to work with and support the sales team so that they are equipped with the necessary tools to complete their jobs.
  • This includes collateral development, event planning and execution.

  • Branding - You will be a strong brand ambassador to ensure the UL brand is clearly explained and represented in all channels and efforts.
  • Liaising with local media and hosting media at company and brand events.
  • Project managing and leading the successful implementation of events : webinars, technical seminars, company events and branded events.
  • Performs other duties as directed.
  • Job Requirements :

  • University degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years marketing experience, the digital and technology industry experience is preferable.
  • Must have experience in digital marketing (includes online, mobile and social media marketing) and event management, some PR and media experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with high quality, exceptional customer service and flexibility.
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrate ability to interface with different levels of management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as being comfortable to make presentations, speak in public and to network with key external stakeholders including customers.
  • Excellent project management skills and an attention to detail, as well as strong prioritizing and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a global / regional team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop
  • Some experience with CRM Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo is a plus.
