Hold primary accountability for developing and implementing marketing objectives, plans and programs for Estee Lauder products.
ATL & BTL planning & execution (including events, color digital)
Promotion plan, co-op with promotion team
Sampling plan, co-op with promotion team
CRM program, profile analysis and action plans
University graduate or above.
3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred. Counter brand experience is a plus.
Windows (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
