  • Job Title : * Sr. Regional Sales Manager, TW*Job Location : * Taiwan*POSITION SUMMARY : *This role will be responsible for managing Taiwan Commercial sales and Distribution business activities including the sales and application support to end customers (Hospitals / Labs / Distributors)*ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Manage distributor-based business to establish strong presence in TW IVD diagnostic market and is responsible for achieving annual sales targets (AOP) * Lead the team to create and develop Strategic and Operational Plan for Taiwan to drive growth of each market.
  • Provide adequate sales and application-based support and prioritize and participate in product evaluation, customer meetings, workshops, negotiations, trainings etc.
  • to enhance effectiveness of the sales team* Regularly perform Sales Funnel review with sales team according to Standard Work process to ensure sufficient opportunities to support sales growth.

  • Ensure that the sales objectives are achieved through seamless collaboration of marketing, customer care and sales operations etc.
  • Drive new product launch in Taiwan and grow installation base in different segments by effective distributor supports.* Drive patient charge or reimbursement application and approvals in Taiwan to support assay penetration and sales growth.
  • Investigate the potential and possibilities of strategic collaboration with pharmaceutical companies and leverage their capability in reimbursement approval, physician education and assay adoption to drive sales growth by diagnostics-treatment synergy.
  • Setup performance goals by SMART metrics for each direct report and develop talents by the strong leadership, integrity and DBS culture and tools.
  • Market mapping, developing short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve successfully yearly targets and high double-digit year on year growth* Engage, develop and motivate the sales organization so as to create high achieving team rooted in collaboration*TRAINING RESPONSIBILITIES : (REQUIRED) Complete all assigned and required training satisfactorily and on time* For people managers, ensure your associates attend and complete all required trainings satisfactorily and on time.
  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Education and Experience (in years) : Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience in a Life Science (Molecular Biology, Biology, Biochemistry, or Chemistry) or equivalent industry-related experience required.
  • An undergraduate degree is required.* Minimum 5+ years of management experience across Taiwan market. 3+ years of successful tracking records in sales* Must have a strong people management skill and experience in creating and leading high performing teams* Must have experience to TW market, understands the culture and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
