lTo build partnership with key stakeholdersto ensure the critical development needs are captured and relevant learningsolutions are planned and implemented to align with strategic biz / people agenda
lTo enrich employee on boarding experienceby timely facilitating adequate and appropriate learning / training interventionsto employees
nDelivering countryInduction and Day One Readiness (D1R) programs for frontline colleagues of Retail Banking
nContinuing improve D1Rframework & learning methodology to enhance effectiveness & impact
nDelivering Group learning curriculum / local learning solutions across business and functions
nAdvocating and rolemodeling strong Conduct and valued behavior during learning interventions
nEngaging the key stakeholders of theassigned business in understanding business, learning needs and in developingand delivering the plans
nEnsuring content / curriculum of specific topics / coursesis up-to-date and aligns with business strategy. Facilitate regularcontent / curriculum review and sign off with Compliance, Product and Bizapproval.
Maintaining a list of qualified facilitator for the specific courses / Programme.
nWorking closely with HR Biz Partner and HR hire team to alignwith people agenda and focus on people development using learning techniquesand methodology to achieve desired people development results.
nSupporting Head of Learning Academy inimplementing learning & development plan & strategy for Taiwan
nEnsuring high quality standard of learning / trainingdelivery as per the Group and Country standards
nContributing and supporting local / groupCurriculum Architects in customizing / localizing appropriate curriculum andlearning solutions for country business environment
nDeveloping and implementing pre & post programinterventions, to maximize transfer of learning to the business
nActively taking part in evaluation of learningintervention effectiveness to continually improve the service quality of LearningAcademy
nAnalyzing feedback from participants, theirline managers and stakeholders to continually improve the way we work of LearningAcademy
nKeeping abreast of external market trendsas well as internal business development to stimulate discussion with learningparticipants
nCompleting assigned learning administrationtasks and maintaining required documentation on time to ensure the end to endprocess of the programme align with country and group standard and policy
