Achievement of territory sales objectives, Units and Value
Establish and implement monthly execution tactics aligned with business unit objectives
Implement brand and marketing strategies
Efficient management of the Direct Selling expenses, sales rep time and allocated resources (incl. samples)
Develop sales force selling skills and product knowledge, together with the trainer of the company
Establish strong and effective business relationships with KOLs and key decision makers
Assess data provided by sales representatives and implement district / area sales strategies; identify business opportunities and direct efforts to problem areas
Keep up with administration tasks and support (Sales executions / FVR-GPC / SALSA, PAF, EFA Compliance, sales forecasts, Follow-
up with marketing activities, PMP), and provide timely reporting
Report on competitive activities and follow-up commercial strategies, in a timely manner
Ensure compliance of company SOPs, vigilance reporting, code of conduct and local regulations in daily operation.
Recruit, retain, motivate, coach and develop associates, in accordance to their potential and developmental level, and seek opportunity to engage them in projects
Minimum : Bachelor degree Preferred : Medical related fields Good command of communication in Mandarin, English and Taiwanese.
Minimum : 3 years experience in sales / marketing in Medical Device / Pharmaceutical Industry Preferred : 1-2 years experience in similar supervisory positions
