Your tasks

  • Provide high quality, efficient Air service for the customers in time manner. To communicate with clients, overseas offices for operation incl.
  • bookings, cargo tracing and the related issues in customer service field. Co-ordinate with the clients to proceed the export progress smoothly.

  • Responsible for handling operational affairs incl. hipping instruction, data entry, pre-alert, complaints, compliance, etc.
  • Shift on weekend / public holidays depends on the demands.
  • Requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin and English*Adequate knowledge of Customs regulations and International Trade*Sufficient Computer knowledge - Office 365*Good communication and customer management skills*Active and able to work well under pressure*University or College degree preferred*At least 1 3 years of CS experience in the freight forwarding or other relevant industry preferred
