We are seeking an experienced Brand manager to build brand and raise brand awareness. You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.

Responsibilities :

  • Enforce development and implementation of pet specialist marketing plans including fundamental market and category research, advertising and promotion, new product development, packaging and product cost reductions.
  • Ensure brand sales volume and profit growth opportunities are maximized by determining imaginative and effective brand strategies.
  • Brand ownership, brand equity building.
  • Initiates and manages programs and / or assigned projects on a timely basis that complement approved strategies. .
  • Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in marketing related field, project management as a plus
  • Solid knowledge in FMCG industry (consumer / shopper needs, trade and channel Marketing)
  • Interested in pet food category and has passion for pets
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking (knowledge in Logistics and Financial terminology, P&L)
  • Good communication skill, positive personality, and team worker
  • Bilingual (English / Mandarin)
