Procurement Strategy and Program Management role deals with a wide range of initiatives including souring and supply management strategy development.

  • The role provides leadership for various activities and initiatives to help achieve both short and long-term organization transformation.
  • objectives. The role involves analyzing trends and developments in markets and technology before translating them into strategic operational plans for the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the development of procurement strategy and business plans based on current / future market trends and internal goals and objectives
  • Leads internal strategy projects by directing a team of junior consultants and data analysts
  • Provides decision making support to the leadership of the organization, on a variety of operational and organizational issues
  • Manages project analysis by defining and delegating clear responsibilities and supporting the efforts of others
  • Leads program management effort across the business unit or organization
  • Supports executive communications for internal and external audiences
  • Develops compelling storyboarding content and prepares executive presentation content.
  • Requirements

  • Preferably Master's degree with 3-4 years of post-MBA experience
  • Consulting experience working in major strategic consulting companies is a plus
  • Procurement transformation experience is desirable
