  • Own brand strategy & implementation of marketing programs for key Pfizer Hospital Brands in Taiwan. Define and drive country primary therapeutic area (TA) and brand strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and operating expenses of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country.


  • Provide insights and brand feedback to Hospitals Country Brand LeadTailor brand and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for key Hospital Brands Work closely with other marketer to generate both cost and revenue synergy between Pfizer Hospital BrandsSelect best-fitting modules from regional / global content;
  • translate and trans-create brand materials, as neededManage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project)Forecast brand performance and track progress towards targetAllocate and execute in country brand budgetCross-functional brand leadership across field force, account management, medical, legal, regulatory, etc.

    Train field force on product positioning and prioritizationPartner with medical to educate KOLs on emerging medical research and differentiated product attributes


    Brand Plan : Develop brand plan and review brand strategies with key stakeholdersCampaign Development : Select best fitting modules for country needsPromotion Meetings : Manage compliance review of materials

    Develop country Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations (with CM / EMGL / Country Hospitals Brand Lead)Long-range forecasting (with CM / EMGL / Country Hospitals Brand Lead)Revenue adjustments, as needed (with CM / EMGL / Country Hospitals Brand Lead)Develop promotional meetings strategy (with Country Hospitals Brand Lead)Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w / medical, regulatory and training team)Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w / KOLs) in partnership with medical

    Qualifications :

  • 5 -10 years of pharmaceutical experience includes sales and marketing, and preferred marketing experience.Bachelor’s Degree;
  • master degree or MBA desiredTOEIC score above 800
