Provide onsite HR functional support for the Asia offices in compliance with corporate HR strategies
Responsible for HR activities for the company, which includes managing recruitment, employee relations, benefit, compensation management, solving labor disputes and associated employee issues.
Ensure company is compliance with legal requirements and global HR regulations.
Solve a range of straightforward HR problems; analyze and recommend possible solutions using standard procedures.
The Successful Applicant
Over 8 years HR experience, global experience is preferred
BA degree in a related field strongly preferred, advanced degree appreciated
Advanced skills and experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The ability to communicate to perform your job in English; verbal, written and comprehension
Strong verbal and written communication skills
