Job Description

As an IT automation engineer for Software Service Operation Team, you will be responsible to our automation services including auto updates, auto ticketing, self-

service support. Make sure we provide the right solution to our customers and escalate ticket to the right support teams.

Making sure our customer is satisfied for the services. Join the on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support. Understanding the urgency of our customer request and take necessary step to provide the resolution and follow our SLA.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Work with the team and customer to analyze problem, find solution, maintain our application stability.
  • Create system knowledge documentation, testing, training.
  • Install, configure, support, and maintain web solutions with current OS / software / firmware patches and upgrades.
  • Coordinate planned downtime and software installs of assigned servers.
  • Provide 24x7 on-call technical support and expertise for customer issues
  • Evaluate and test new software for compatibility with the computing environment.
  • Propose and implement system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
  • Communicate and collaborate with peer groups (enterprise architects, security team, network team, etc.).
  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor / Master's degree in computer science or information management preferred.
  • Have the following relevant experience or training
  • C#.Net
  • MS SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures)
  • PowerShell / DSC
  • Rest API design
  • Not required and is desirable
  • Windows Administration
  • Experience with networking / DNS
  • Asynchronous programming
  • Good English communication skill
  • Ability to work in a team environment or independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge on ITIL / ITSM.
  • According to the "Employment Service Act", positions with salary lower than NTD$40,000, please refer to the salary information in the job description.
