Responsible for annual Biosciences Division’s (BID) sales target.
Work closely with BID Commercial lead to develop and implement territory specific BID strategies.
Build strong relationship with KOLs and reference labs in the region.
Create and lead big deals by engaging KOLs and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to secure the business.
Develops channel commercial plans to achieve and exceed growth targets.
Recommend products, pricing, promotions and sales tactics to drive sales via channels.
Provide deep, ongoing analysis and understanding of market product positioning, and customers.
Work together with distributors and Product Managers to ensure all possible actions are done in order to secure business in competitive situations.
Work closely with distributors, Service and Support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at company-sponsored seminars, trainings, meetings
At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably with channels and / or distributors
Must have experience selling life science applications and instruments
Ability to work closely with team members internally and externally
