Provide pre-sales support for China Sales team and post-sales training for customers

  • Understand customer workflows and needs.
  • Develop local presentations of product solutions that align with global messages. Introduce and present the presentations to the related sales team and help the sales team to understand the key messages and be prepared to deliver them to the customers.
  • Keep update of Clarivate Analytics solutions. Prepare and coordinate the necessary documents for distribution to the customers, the sales team and other function teams.
  • Represent Clarivate Analytics to present at industry conferences and exhibitions.
  • Deliver customer training - in the form of training sessions at customers’ own premises; public training courses and remotely, for example by WebEX to keep customer renew rate.
  • Focusing on competition Intelligence and products analysis.
  • Provide pre-sales support of products other than upon request.
  • Qualifications

  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Master degree preferably in Science, Technology or Medicine related areas
  • 3 years of IP, especially patent , work experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers
  • Know well the whole life-cycle about company IP management
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills in planning and coordination for timely delivery.
  • Highly motivated, service-oriented and energetic
  • Regular business trip in China
  • Better to have :

  • 2 years of IP work experience
  • Patent search or analyse experience
