Business Analyst- Corporate Strategy and Development
The Global Engineering Strategy team is a high-performing internal consulting organization responsible for setting and enabling the strategic agenda for Dell’s client engineering function.
The team will have frequent exposure across different functions, including Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Product and Sales / Marketing executives.

As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will be part of a hand-picked team with high visibility to Dell’s executive leadership.
You should be comfortable with a fast-paced dynamic environment, be able to clearly and concisely communicate recommendations and conclusions with the support of detailed analysis and sources, and may be asked to regularly participate in cross-
functional teams in support of initiatives throughout the organization.
Collection, synthesis, communication of analytics and insights to drive strategies and decision making for executives
Creating quality documentation for strategy discussion
Working across the organization to shape and drive strategic agendas
Typical strategy projects may involve but not limited to the following topics
Conduct market research and analyze key trends and come up with recommendations for innovative product development strategies to executives
Analyze current processes and recommend optimizations (incl. digitalization ideas, organizational restructure) in the product development lifecycle process starting from ideation to development to launch for achieving better business outcomes for Dell
Program manage key initiatives and drive results
Bachelor’s Degree above
Major in Business, Engineering, or any other analytically intensive field (preferred but not strictly required)
Fluent in English and Chinese
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Intermediate / Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
