This role will drive strategy, develop the go to market and post launch live campaigns, and work with different stakeholder to lead the cross-functional teams in the execution of those plans.
This individual will be responsible for delivering against a range of KPIs to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :
Analyzing consumer behavior, market trends, brand awareness and competitor activity.
Build the marketing strategy including consumer insights, situational analysis, and competitive insights.
Work in conjunction with the multi-function task force team and stakeholder in head office to manage the global campaigns / alignments
Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
Increasing product sales and market share.
Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, creative, eSport, communication, etc.
Overseeing and adapting the asset creation for advertisements, promotional materials, CRM, etc.
Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
Graduated from a business school or university
Degree Level and / or equivalent Professional qualification in project management or marketing
At least 3 to 5 years experience in marketing for consumer products.
Demonstrated marketing & strategic analysis skills with an ability to map an understanding of business drivers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
Will fit into a team environment and be able to work with people both within, and outside of, the company
