Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.


  • Be responsible for the annual revenue, productivity and product priority goals for the Managed Agency segment.
  • Set overall annual business strategy to achieve the above targets. Identify and implement the business development opportunities that will help grow the agency segment.
  • Manage and develop Managed Agency team and sellers.
  • Work towards goals associated with these objectives including OKRs, strategic partnerships and relevant adoption goals.
  • Manage and improve executive-level relationships through key C-level engagements, reviews and speaking engagements. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on global sales priorities.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of sales or sales support experience.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience in online sales, business development and digital advertising sales / marketing.
  • Experience in agency or managing agency relationships.
  • Demonstrated industry expertise and the ability to influence executives.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver business strategies and relationships sustainable in the short and long-term.
  • Ability to model and coach sales behaviors, including C-level engagement, effectivequestioning, objection handling, competitive selling and building pipeline.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess performance. Ability to develop actionable insights to capture opportunities.
