The scopes of service offered include but not limited to market study, location analysis, best-use analysis, urban regeneration, price & rental review, financial analysis, pre-
leasing strategy, M&A due diligence, portfolio optimization, and MRT station development etc. We also work closely with other business lines and our alliance partners in relation with valuation advisory, investment service, leasing service, project management, and facility management.
Job Description :
To provide following professional consultancy service-
Conduct market study & forecast
Conduct location analysis and regulation review
Conduct feasibility study
Conduct the highest and best use analysis
Assist in consultancy of MRT station development
Assist in consultancy of urban regeneration development
Assist in exercise of M&A due diligence
Assist in public tendering and proposal preparation
Assist in business development activities
Assist in ad-hoc works assigned by supervisor
Qualification Requirements :
Master Degree majored in real estate, land economics, urban planning, architecture, or business administration.
Work Experience : at least 7-year work experience, including 5 years in relation with real estate industry.
With experience in consulting project of governmental sector would be a plus.
Professional certificate in Appraisal (不動產估價師), Architecture (建築師), Urban Planning (都市計師), Real Estate Investment (CCIM, MRICS), Project Management (PMP), or Financial Analysis (CFA Level I, II) would also be a significant plus.
Personal Character : collaboration, teamwork, self-motivated, proactive attitude, willing to take challenges, able to handle multi-tasks.
Language : proficient in Mandarin and English (equivalent to TOEIC 750 or above)
Computer Skill :
üFamiliar with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is required.
üFamiliar with AutoCAD, GIS would be a plus.
