Sells Autonomous DW Cloud (ADW) services to assigned territoryFocus on quick Cloud wins with Oracle Consulting services bundled to help customer up and running with their first data mart and give them the right experience.
Should be a self-starter, and has the ability to sell to line of business in their accounts across various business functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing.
Manages the entire sales process and collaborates with team members in Cloud Platform Sales, Consulting, Customer Success Manager support etc.
to help customer successfulDrive maximum adoption of Oracle solution of install base and identify / drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.
Identify cloud expansion / up-sell opportunities.Develop long term partnership with their set of customers to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their cloud investment with us to ensure client continues / replenish / renews contract with OracleProactive with attitude to change.
Ability to learn quickly and support the Cloud Adoption team in strategic consulting projects.Highly developed selling, customer relations, and focused on volume sales.
Successful sales track record and a proven performer with more than 90% of sales attainment over 6 to 8 quarters.Oracle knowledge and / or knowledge of Oracle's competitors.
Has the ability to interact with C -level stakeholders.Be a Team player.Demonstrate ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Good Presentation skills. 8+ years relevant sales experience.BS / BA degree or equivalent preferred.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts / non-
named accounts / geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory.
Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-
sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience including technology sales experience.
Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new Oracle business. Business development, prospecting and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability. Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory / account development.
Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues. Oracle knowledge and / or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors.
Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
