This position offers an exciting opportunity for you to be a part of the Asia-Pacific & Japan (APJ) Cognitive Automation team that is responsible and contributes to revenue-

growth in this region. You are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate.

You must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users, must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

You will be directly reporting to the Director of Cognitive Technologies at the APJ or ASEAN level.As a Senior / Sales Engineer, a typical day for you might include : Managing the revenue generation plan to achieve sales targets at the Asia-

Pacific Japan level.Working closely with our Partners and / or Sales Team to generate technical sales proposals, contracts and developing Proof-

of-Concepts that demonstrates the capabilities of our product.Persuading and impressing clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery, negotiating proposals and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs on behalf of team member.

Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.Resolving sales bottlenecks with timely intervention in the sales process client interaction, making technical presentations and demonstrating how our products meet client needs.

Attend regional or global level workshops / technical discussions that contributes to evolving future generations of our line of products.

for-solution for the clientsExperienced and self-motivated with a proven track record in software salesDeep, broad knowledge of automation technologyComfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer baseExposure to typical business applications and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and Peoplesoft.

Experience with XML, JMS, SOAP and / or Web Services (WS ) and other SOA / Integration technologiesStrong verbal, written communication and presentation skillsProfessional written responses to emails, RFPs, face to face and when submitting reports.

Organized and analytical with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.5-10 years relevant experience in software / technology sales engineeringTravels extensively on short notice (up to 50% travel)Design solutions utilizing Automation Anywhere best practices and maintain technical responsibility for project delivery as the sole technical resource on a project or the leader of a delivery teamDrive the strategic and tactical roll-
