This role will report to HR Sr. Manager and focus on the followings :

  • Operationally supports HR strategies
  • Delivers effective HR service which is customer service-focused and business-related
  • Implements HR policies and practices so that present and future requirements are met effectively
  • Main Tasks

  • Manages the recruitment processes in partnership with line management
  • Conducts HR programs such as orientation, recruiting events, employee relations meetings
  • Coordinates on-boarding, hiring and payroll processes
  • Ensures HR programs are communicated and understood by employees
  • Implements international HR policies and procedures
  • Manages day-to-day relationship with external suppliers / vendors
  • Facilitates communication between individuals and departments
  • Supports performance management processes
  • Ensures compliance with local labor laws through review of work rules and status changes
  • Ensures accurate and compliant pay and benefits administration
  • Supports training program to develop employees’ skills
  • Supports performance processes across departments / business units
  • Conducts annual competitive benchmarking analysis and other HR reports for the site
  • Assists with special projects or other duties, as assigned
  • Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures and work practices.
