you will report to the Smart Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence organization. The team defines, drives and delivers end to end smart manufacturing solution, integrated across functions of the business.
The team will look into applying industry-leading the best methodologies in automation, AI and machine learning to enhance Micron’s product development, business and administrative processes across the company.
Responsibilities and TasksWork with users to capture and analyze information related to the adoption of I4.0 and IIOT for Smart Manufacturing for supplier engagementDefine and implement supplier engagement and development strategies to enhance smart manufacturing capabilities in the equipmentInitiate supplier relationship including communication around intent and work closely with supplier’s team in solution deliveryCommunicate technical requirement to suppliersLead supplier engagement projects and activities that will require the coordination, support, and management of resources from global teamsProvide expert functional and process guidance on system capabilitiesUse metrics and performance data to understand opportunities for improvementQualificationsMaster’s degree or at least 5 years of work experience in semiconductor manufacturingSuperb interpersonal skills with demonstrable ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups.
Work multi-functionally with peers and senior and mid-level management.Peer leadership and relationship management skills,Strong analytical and problem-
solving skillsHighly organized and ability to remain flexible to the changing business needs.Outstanding customer focus with ability to projectized and prioritize work you're doing.
