About Role :
The Gaming Business Development manager is accountable for achieving the salesand profitability goals of Lenovo in the consumer space (Direct / In-Directbusiness).
Responsible for driving Taiwan consumer gaming category sales
Meet and exceed sales target by volumes, revenue, market share,profitability and growth.
Deliver a winning route to market strategy comprising sales, pricepositioning, marketing, event participation, retail activation, alliancepartnership and end-user promotion
Builds strategy with marketing for digital influencers and building acommunity
Identifies opportunities to participate in tournaments / build exposurewithin gaming community where appropriate
Work with marketing and EComm team to develop strong web presence withdedicated landing pages to service gaming community needs
Build portfolio strategy across supported RTM including web, storefront,retail, affinity etc.
Represent Taiwan within the AP gaming board. Ability to be a part of, andcontribute to a matrix team.
Responsible for finding, qualifying, signing and nurturing relationshipswith key business partners across Taiwan
Maintains and expands customer base providing necessary product assistanceto partners; identifying new customer opportunities.
Deliver communications to organization, partners and potential customers.
Provide comprehensive updates on a weekly basis.
Map key milestone and dates to enable promotional and campaign periods ingaming community
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Support gaming launch events as SME
Position Requirements :
Must Have : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, businessadministration or a related discipline and / or MBA
Desired : Gaming experience PC Hardware and intimate knowledge of thegaming eco-system.
8+ years of marketing and sales experience in related domain.
Ability to multi-task, research and analyze different routes to market,distribution and retail situations
Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolveproblems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with company
Must be willing to travel.
Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
Computer experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet)
