Technical support engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling the Tech issues from customer.
  • Conducting product related documents, Solution & Marketing base documents.
  • Conducting the training & education materials. Delivering external training & education.
  • Supporting Sales & regular marketing events.
  • Coordinating and participating product development and activities.
  • Supporting & assisting project on-site debugging & lab testing.
  • Requirements

  • Familiar with TCP / IP, Network Protocols and trouble shooting skills.
  • With International Certification (in IT & Network & Project Management field) is a plus. (CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, PMP, ITIL...)
  • 1 or 2 years or above experience in Network field (Ethernet Switch, Security, Wireless, Home Router, Storage...), above is a plus.
  • With project management relevant experience is a plus.
  • With overseas working relevant experience is a plus.
  • With Pre-Sales working relevant experience is a plus
