RF Test Engineer to support test program development within the Wireless Solutions Business Unit. The candidate will work in a team environment interacting with Design, Applications, Marketing, and Product Engineering to develop capabilities to validate, test, and characterize RF products.
The successful candidate will develop, implement, debug, and sustain test programs for production testing, qualification, characterization.
The tests developed will include a wide range of circuitry including RF, mixed-signal, and digital on products that cover multiple wireless standards.
Required) BS in Electrical Engineering
Required) Minimum 6 years of experience in Test Program Development with at least 2 years of those years in RF products
Required) Experience in using ATE and / or bench test systems for Semiconductor Test
Required) Software development experience with C / C++, Visual Basic, and / or Scripting Languages
Required) Must have excellent communication skills
Preferred) Familiarity with WiFi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, and sub-GHz connectivity Wireless Standards
Preferred) Familiarity with the following test platforms :
LTX D10 w / Nighthawk
Preferred) Understand the contributors to product cost and drive cost reduction in test
Preferred) Knowledge and understanding of ISO, QS9000, and Automotive TS16949 Quality Standards
