Direct Responsibilities

  • Work withSales team to plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales quota,including those required internal coordination and engagement with externalservice providers
  • Analyzeand provide insights on market challenges through research and data analysis
  • Enhancesales supporting, reporting, and knowledge management tools for sales team
  • Gatherand provide market intelligence with appropriate stakeholders
  • Contributing Responsibilities

  • Buildrelationships and networks with stakeholders across the organization, providingsupport and challenge as appropriate, facilitate sessions where appropriate
  • Work withdifferent teams and leaders across units to develop interpersonal communicationand leadership skills
  • Participate in business projects and special assignment to build skillsets andexperiences in Bancassurance
  • Takes initiative and isresults driven

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel & Power point)
  • 2 4 yearsbusiness strategy working experiences
  • Priorrelated internship within the banking industry is an advantage
