Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations :
The China Credit and AR Assistant will be responsible for vigorous credit and collections upkeep.
Work with Asia Credit Team for China customers .
Work with China customers, sales staff & CSG to minimize past due balances.
Do reconciliation for each China Customers by weekly.
After reconciliation , prepare collection and deduction file, and co-work with China accounting team for VAT invoice to customers.
Inform executive and sales of customer-credit issues as they arise.
Assist in the reporting and monitoring of credit exposure in China to mitigate financial risk to the company.
Provide back up required for the resolution of balance disputes
Provide back up for Asia customers credit issues
P rovide back up for AR monthly closing
Provide daily & weekly reports to Manager and CFO on account delinquencies
Essential Skills and Experience :
College degree preferred.
5 years experience in Credit or AR.(Banking experience is OK.)
Oracle R12 experience a plus, Oracle Discoverer
Strong customer oriented mentality
Strong MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), computer and internet skills
