Manage and oversee all HR functions and operations, to ensure all activities are on right track and align with company strategy, vision, budget, law and regulations.
Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.
People development, to plan and host the employee development programs to cultivate potentials.
Drive HR team performance, to maximize the team performance by well leverage the strengths and potentials of the team members to hit HR KPI target.
Develop HR Team, to promote quality of HR team members through continuous training, coaching and project exposure.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree or above in business or Human Resources related field.
Fluent English in communication with oversea subsidiary companies & business units.
Minimum 12 years in experience serving as HR in charge of full function HR affairs, ideally in a Multinational Corporation, and 5 -
8 years in managerial position.
Familiar with HR management responsibilities, systems, procedures, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and project management skills; detail oriented and diligent in managing multiple priorities, tasks, and projects.
Positive attitude with problem solving skills, hardworking and can work under pressure in fast-paced working environment.
