JOB PURPOSE :
Market research & customer insight manager ensures MCO and Business Units are at the forefront of Market, Competitive & Consumer insights , in support of business priorities and strategic imperatives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Market, Competition & Customer Intelligence
Assess and scope customer / market research Projects in line with business priorities & strategic imperatives , recommending appropriate research approach & methodology.
Scout, consolidate & share industry, competitive and market reports in business areas of-interest with key stakeholders (Management, Business Units).
Includig to design tailored reports with focused content.
Support key business functions (eg. Market Access) to design & implement intelligence reports on environment & policy.
Manage secondary market research & data systems (eg. IQVIA sales data) , while ensuring optimal access & usability by Business Units & stakeholders.
Develop & maintain repository of industry & market research reports (Sanofi-conducted and otherwise).
Closely collaborate with Procurement and other key business partner to source, contract & management market research Agencies , monitoring their effectiveness and ensuring projects are conducted in accordance with business objectives, Sanofi standards and practices.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS :
Education / Expereince
University / College graduated with pharmacy or business related degree.
At least 3 years of working experience in market research
Multinational Pharmaceutial company experience is preferred
Core Competencies / Skills
Good command of English in reading, writing and conversation
Good presentation skill
