Strategic Planning Manager

Description

1.Analyze market data and competitive trends, perform indepth finance and business analysis to derive insights 2.Develop strategic recommendations to shape up TSMC’s strategy for future growth 3.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to generate comprehensive analysis or report for executives’ use on strategic decision making

Qualifications

1.Master's degree or above. Dual background in both Business (e.g., Finance, MBA) and Engineering background (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering) is highly preferred 2.

Minimum 8 years of work experience in semiconductor or hightech industry is required. Proven experience as a strategic planner, analyst, or acting as a consultant in major strategic planning projects in technology sector is highly preferred 3.

Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problemsolving skills 4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaborate crossfunctionally in a fastpaced and dynamic environment 5.

Experience in presenting and making recommendations to senior level executives 6.Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required.

Good command of Japanese is a plus 7.Sufficient knowledge in "SystemLevel" regarding Mobile / IoT / HPC / Automotive platform is a plus
