Job Description and Requirements
Responsible for sales of the entire portfolio of Synopsys IP products. Drives sales to obtain revenue and booking goals.
Provides expert technical selling in a team environment throughout all phases of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing the sale in order to establish new customers and expand our coverage of existing accounts.
Must be capable of providing product and sales leadership to account sales teams and to the business units. Have proven experience calling high and to help drive multi-
million dollar, complex, solution based sales campaigns.
Desired Skills and Experience
1. 5-10 years sales experience in technology sales IP / EDA / semiconductor sales experience is preferred
2. Good understanding of SoC design flow, knowledge of IP market and customer base is a plus.
3. Strong problem solving skills : ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action
4. Strong leadership in managing complex project engagements and cross functional co-working model
5. Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
6. BSEE / BSCS or other technical degree, MBA / MSEE / MSCS will be a plus
7. Proactive attitude in business initiatives to drive business growth
