  • Manage a team of RMs with MME client portfolio
  • Portfolio management for BAU and NCA growth to achieve financial goal.
  • To work with RMs and internal partners to identify and covert target customers leveraging on different channels
  • To work with RMs and internal partners to establish, maintain and develop strong relationship with target customers and deliver high quality service
  • To work with RMs and internal partners to actively explore clients' banking needs and proactively sell a full range of bank products including Trade, Cash, FX, and Loans and corporate finance
  • To strictly abide by the requirements of compliance and internal control on sales activities.
  • To manage and monitor portfolio and individual client credit risk, conduct credit analysis and prepare credit reviews with RMs for customers’ credit proposal.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above (Master is preferred) with minimum 10 years of banking marketing or sales experience with sound track record.
  • Solid relationship building and management skills and strong credit analytical skill
  • Good understanding of the behavior of customers with global business and their banking needs
  • Aggressive, ambitious, and keen to create and follow up on business opportunities
  • Good command of Chinese and English in both oral and written communications
