(Senior) Business Manager
New Taipei City, Taipei, Taiwan


Reporting to Vice President, North East Asia, this position manages Taiwan local team and leads them to achieve organization goals in various business area, including Air Conditioning, Heating, Transportation, Cold Chain and Colling Controls segment via establishing / maintaining relationships with market influencers and players, performing daily sales / marketing activities, engaging in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process actively, and supporting vertical business leaders in their planning / execution / alignment cycle for new programs & products in the region.

The most critical task (Sr.) Business Manager, Taiwan needs to fulfill is to grow the country business across vertical balanced.


  • Yearly sales amount budgeting by vertical & by customers, monthly sales update / progress reporting with analysis.
  • Achieve sales target consistently with high accuracy via well designed back-up plan.
  • Manage composite customer accounts / sales channels & build up / maintain good relationship with them.
  • Manage channel conflicts to maximize business growth opportunity and company profitability.
  • Proactively lead new business development activities in the country. Drive short / mid term NBOs (new business opportunities identification and in-time realization.
  • Help in-region vertical business leaders connect identified MBOs to new product programs and its execution.
  • Facilitate cross-vertical collaboration in country to create new business opportunity via integrated solutions approach
  • Actively lead and engage in Sales and Operations Planning process for the country.
  • Closely monitor market and customer needs and escalate to relevant cross functional team and / or management to address the needs in time.
  • Develop local team and administer country sales / marketing office.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline. MBA will be a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC industry with solid track record.
  • Proven success in delivering sales, strategic version and quantitative analysis.
  • A good team player and communicative leader.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command in spoken and written English.
