Purpose of Role

Ensure reservations received through variouschannels are accurately inputted into the PMS according to Marriott standardsand guidelines while maintaining outstanding customer service and ability topromote the hotel product actively in professional manner.

Responsibly Description

Ensureattention-to-detail on all reservations with precision in preparation

prior to guests’arrival

Input bookings fromdomestic and international wholesalers into the PMS and

respond within the sameday

Confirm reservationsand ensure all reservations are guaranteed prior to

guests’ arrival

Capable to introducethe hotel’s products and facilities to guests with

comprehensible manner

Demonstrate ability topromote any current packages and promotions by the

hotel

Ensure all guestinquiries are responded within 24 hours upon receiving the

inquiry

Respond enquiriesthrough the reservation general email address promptly

and assist with themaintenance of the reservation email account filing system

Complete dailychecklist tasks efficiently

Support the team witheffective filing systems either manually and

electronically for easy access andretrieval of all reservation relevant

correspondences

Comprehend various Marriottstandards and guidelines in order to comply

reservation procedures accordingly

Enlighten guests about the MarriottPreferred Guest program when required
