Business Development Manager
Location : Taipei
Integrated aspect of health care industry
This role work closely with Asia-pacific team and local team, aligning the strategy, coordinating the resources and developing local market potential.
Develop incontinence business in Nursing home and OTC channel
Deliver a comprehensive business plan
Defines department strategic goals, and build key customers relationships, moreover to identify business opportunities and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsible for helping manage existing clients and ensure they are satisfied and positive with products.
Work with the internal team to increase the sales opportunities and maximize revenue for the company.
Maintain good relationship with distributor.
Assure the progress of the annual strategic planning for the product line
Follow-up on the performance of the products and services
Product portfolio : Incontinence product line
Channel : Medical device stop, Nursing home, OTC
Skills and Requirement
A successful candidate should have at least 8 years of sale / BD / marketing experience
Familiar with OTC, drug store, chain pharmacy channel would be a plus
A bachelor or above degree of Business Administration or Business related program is preferred.
Expected to speak fluent English.
Personality should be optimism and willing to take challenge.
