Job Description

1.Drive deployment, training and engagement on core CommEx platforms (i.e., Pitcher, Marketing Cloud and Einstein Analytics) to all relevant stakeholders (including leadership and new employee onboarding) to maximize impact of local commercial execution 2.

Work closely with COUNTRY / CLUSTER Region CommEx, COUNTRY / CLUSTER Franchise Teams and COUNTRY / CLUSTER Marketing and other relevant functions to drive Sales and Marketing effectiveness through Salesforce.

Support COUNTRY / CLUSTER marketing in creating and executing B2B marketing automation campaigns and customer journeys using Marketing Cloud 7.

Support local teams in capturing leads, email addresses and marketing automation consent through field force visits, congresses and other customer touch points 8.

Support Global and Regional CommEx governance programs (e.g. touch point calls, Readiness Reviews, Field Advisory Boards, etc) 9.

Drive and deliver high value CRM capabilities (e.g. Opportunity management, campaigns, sales data, field coaching reports, etc) in collaboration with sales, marketing and other functional leaders.

10.Help drive global alignment on the most effective ways to get value out of CRM technology globally 11.Identify inefficiency in local processes and data collection and proactively propose improvement solutions 12.

Ability to challenge the status quo and introduce new ways of working at local level in alignment with regional / franchise and global strategy 13.

Ensure relevance of solutions deployed by consistently engaging with stakeholders in field and back office.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelors (Masters Preferred) in business, economics or other related quantitative field
  • Strong English communication capability as well as rele-vant local language skills to drive the team and drive change. Experience working in multiple countries with multiple languages and currencies
  • 3 years CRM system usage and man-agement experience
  • 201 Administrator Certified
  • Field sales or marketing experience preferred
  • Successful commercial change management experience
  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Deep understanding of field force technologies (e.g. CRM systems, tablet hardware, analytics systems)
  • Understanding of COUNTRY / CLUSTER Healthcare Mar-ket Environment preferred
