With a presence in more than 30 countries, the CTO designs, builds and operates end-to-end technology infrastructure solutions and manages critical systems and platforms across the bank.
The CTO delivers industry-leading infrastructure products and services to the company’s employees, customers and clients around the world.
The successful candidate will become part of the CTO Global Banking and Markets team, providing day-to-day application production support and the subject matter expert for Taiwan exchange and associated external connectivity for the Taiwan Equities business.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide application and technology support for the Taiwan Securities businessLiaise with local Exchanges, regulators and their appointed vendorsPartner with other technology groups and the front line business to assist with market access engineering and designRemote hands support at various data centers within TaiwanInventory and invoice reconciliationOn-
call and weekend supportKey RequirementsAt least 5 years working experience with Taiwan Exchange related connectivity and application supportWorking knowledge on network infrastructure design and implementation, Windows and Linux server configuration, KWAY setup and ITRS.
Fluent in Mandarin and English. Able to read and write traditional Chinese due to requirement to communicate with the local Exchanges and regulators.
