POSITION SUMMARY

  • At the highest level, this role will be responsible to support the Commercial Lead for revenue and profitability growth of PBG Taiwan through developing company-
  • wide strategy, identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing business opportunities and execution and improving operational effectiveness.

  • Through this role’s on-job training & experience, the candidate will benefit by (1) deeply understanding the commercial models and the industry dynamics associated with PBG and Taiwan healthcare ecosystem;
  • 2) developing a very versatile and well-rounded set of capabilities, from business analytics to deck writing etc.; and (3) accumulating diverse business experience for next possible assignments for more responsibilities.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set and execute on high-priority strategic vision / design projects for Pfizer, through strategic direction review internally, opportunity assessment, business valuation, and implementation planning;
  • these projects could be either specifically focused on the innovative business or have broader implications and obtain stakeholder and leadership buy-

    in and colleague engagement

  • Support Senior Leadership in developing the strategic direction and synthesizing the key elements of the annual Operating Plan / Strategic Plan
  • Develop strategies unique to the needs of the category to maximize the patient impact and the revenue for Pfizer
  • Collaborate with local marketing, RTAL and Emerging Market category lead team to deliver product strategies
  • Optimize the profitability of the category by making active trade-off and resource allocation analysis
  • Review, design and monitor the effectiveness of the Sales Team through KPIs
  • Support new Go-To-Market model establishment and execution e.g. omni-channel marketing
  • ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

  • Reports to the PBG EM Taiwan Commercial Lead
  • Collaborates with category and marketing team
  • Works in close collaboration with Finance, Medical Affairs, H&V, StratCO, BAI & PGS and regional corresponding functions.
  • QUALIFICTION, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent written and spoken English (TOEIC >
  • 650) and mandarin

  • Bachelor degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • 8 years of diverse commercial experience includes sales, marketing and business development.
  • Project management experiences and work with cross functional teams with an results-oriented mentality
  • Track record of promoting collaborative work environment
  • Track record in developing, winning, and executing business proposals
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, including experience communicating to senior leadership (verbally and using presentation slides)
  • Data analysis skills and logical, creative thinking
  • Problem-solving mindset and capability
  • Consulting or finance-related experience a PLUS
