Job Description
Job responsibilities for this position include design and debug of ATE test interface HW (loadboard),
ATE test SW (test program) development, HW / SW integration, releasing cost effective production test solutions
into mass production, test time reduction, and yield improvement activities for Digital, Mixed Signal and RF.
Teradyne UltraFlex experience & Advantest 93K experience is preferred.
Requirement -Knowledge of Semiconductor manufacturing process.
