JR32344 Program Manager (Evergreen)
This will be a Global role, but candidate will be physically located in Singapore. As a Program Manager within the Indirect Procurement team at Micron, you will be supporting the overall consistency and effectiveness of the Indirect procurement portfolios.
You will support Indirect leaders in managing programs including cost management and company welfare initiatives led by Indirect Procurement.
One of the key job responsibilities is to manage the Cost Management program. The candidate will ensure process alignment, provide updates on category performance, and execute necessary process change management.
They will work very closely with several teams including Finance, Category Analysts, Planning and Supplier Managers to ensure accurate reporting of budget (spend) and savings.
Team Member welfare is an important aspect in creating a positive work environment to allow the Organization to thrive. The candidate will need to have a natural flair and interest in planning physical or virtual Team Building or volunteering activities for fellow Indirect Procurement Team Members, including those located around APAC and US.
Indirect Procurement also often leads companywide welfare initiatives. The candidate will be required to manage and execute these companywide initiatives and will require candidate to be resourceful and be able to build global connections to rollout the initiatives smoothly.
The candidate will also have to manage and execute any other projects and initiatives that may arise from the other Global Category and Regional Site Operation teams.
