  • Working with Country head to set appropriate clienteling targets for each store
  • Analyse client segmentation and work with store managers to develop client retention strategy for each store
  • Help retail teams to better understand and utilise all the available CRM reports
  • Work with S&P on delivering CRM related training to the whole retail population
  • Manage the roll-out of client related tools and projects (R-World, Event & Appointment tracking, etc )
  • Ensure all clienteling actions are clear recorded and reported to the regional team on a regular basis
  • Lead by example on CRM topics and assist to set the clienteling mindset of retail teams
  • Events

  • Based on each store's business needs, develop quarterly and bi-annual client engagement events calendar
  • Work with Marketing on division of CE / Marketing events
  • Liaise and co-ordination with vendors on the execution of CE events
  • Localisation of event guidelines for retail teams
  • Partner with Merchandising to ensure required products are in place to support the event
  • Being on-site to co-ordinate the execution of events
  • Provide tracking and post event reporting
  • Manage event budget to ensure investments are made in the right areas
  • Working with Finance to ensure all contracts, vendor payments and tax requirements are made according Burberry requirements
  • Partnerships

  • Develop relationships with external partners on sharing of resources (clients and experiences for clients)
  • Liaise with partners to ensure experiences offered to Burberry clients are aligned with Burberry’s standards
  • Create attractive propositions to attract partner’s high potential clients into our stores
  • Client Experiences

  • Organise personalised experiences for build loyalty with top clients
  • Co-ordinate regional client’s itinerary for regional events / trips
  • Plan and implement Burberry theme client experiences that occur out of Burberry stores
  • Develop a menu of approved gifts (available in local markets) to be used to build client loyalty (during birthdays, personal celebrations, etc )
  • Manage the ordering and billing of gifts from this menu

  • y minimum experience in Client Engagement Role
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • CRM tools experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Solid Retail Experience preferred
