Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices;
coordinating actions with corporate staff.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;
establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Nursing background or Respiratory background would be a plus.
Possess 5+ years working experience in Life Sciences industry
Over 3+ years leadership experience in Life Sciences industry
Familiar with respiratory therapy area
MBA or master degree of management is a plus
Fluent in English & Chinese
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
