e. drive probe card improvement at subcontractor (lifetime, test quality)

3. technical support for all wafer sort transfer related topics

a. interface between IFX and subcon

b. Alignment of technical requirements / supplier enabling and development

4. Data management

a. provide first level support for all data engineering related topics

b. alignment and support implementation of data provision / transfer processes

c. product related wafer sort data setup, validation and availability

d. ensure availability of logistical data for wafer sort at subcons / foundries - Bachelor / Master of Science in Physics, Electrical Engineering or related science
