Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :
University degree in Biochemistry or related area. Master Degree highly desirable
Minimum of 2 years Professional experience in a pathology related products
Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
It is a basic requirement that the job holder is able to communicate within the company and externally in an effective and authoritative manner, both in writing and verbally.
A good command of written and verbal use of the English language is essential, together with the ability to think clearly and marshal ideas.
Spoken communication must be clear and confident and must show evidence of good listening skills.
