Create new initiative, develop, socialize and implement the annual marketing plan / calendar to support in uplift awareness for brand related.
Closely monitor social media development and management including expenses & budgets for the growth of influence and push for campaign performance, manage timely marketing expense tracking for each initiative
Closely engage and cooperate with Business, Marketing, Sustainability, Communications to drive bank reputation.
Plan and implement social media campaigns designs / communication execution.
Proactively manage advertising agencies, media agencies and execution of integrated marketing plans and campaigns using the right media, with optimal efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure to align all relent Social Media guideline / GPS / process and DOI
Provide overall brand and digital innovation leadership for Taiwan. To identify opportunities and bring marketing expertise and creativity at both strategic and executional levels to ensure corporate objectives are supported and delivered aligned with Regional & Group CABM priorities and brand guidelines.
Emphasis will be placed on the development / execution of social media management and growth of fans base for Taiwan that can be measured in terms of fans engagement rate.
There will also be a focus on synergizing to leverage global campaign such like Marathon and LFC, and future maker.
Ensure a full understanding and effective management of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility, and actively seeking advice from specialists wherever required.
Align business (or functional) strategy with Risk Tolerance and Appetite and seek to optimize the risk-return profile of the business.
Set the right tone and expectations for the team and their area of responsibility for the risk management culture and conduct, and proactively seeking regular assurance that their areas of responsibility are performing to an acceptable.
Maintain robust business and regulatory governance standard by adhered to relevant process, policies and procedures.
Maintain high awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the business operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
Completion of all mandatory training needed including e-learning within stated timeframes to support the understanding of the roles for delivering effective governance
