As a HR manager, you will be responsible for recruitment, C&B, Business panther and Employee Relationship . You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing strategy for the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for HR activities for the company, which includes managing recruitment, employee relations, Business panther, solving labour disputes and associated employee issues.
  • Provide effective communication channels between management and staff to facilitate open communication within the organisation.
  • Assist in the screening and selection of all managerial and above openings; supervise all other recruitment to ensure the process is performed effectively and efficiently.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop most efficient organisation through organisation design, job design and headcount / people cost management
  • Key requirements

  • Over eight years HR experience, global experience is preferred
  • BA degree in a related field strongly preferred, advanced degree appreciated
  • The ability to communicate to perform your job in English; verbal, written and comprehension
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
