As a HR manager, you will be responsible for recruitment, C&B, Business panther and Employee Relationship . You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing strategy for the company.
Be responsible for HR activities for the company, which includes managing recruitment, employee relations, Business panther, solving labour disputes and associated employee issues.
Provide effective communication channels between management and staff to facilitate open communication within the organisation.
Assist in the screening and selection of all managerial and above openings; supervise all other recruitment to ensure the process is performed effectively and efficiently.
Partner with business leaders to develop most efficient organisation through organisation design, job design and headcount / people cost management
Over eight years HR experience, global experience is preferred
BA degree in a related field strongly preferred, advanced degree appreciated
The ability to communicate to perform your job in English; verbal, written and comprehension
Strong verbal and written communication skills
