Implement / monitor marketing and promotion plan based on market research and provide strategy to overcome market problems.
Prepare, implement and review monthly rolling forecast to ensure timely delivery of goods and keep inventory within budget.
Recommend and seek approval for promotional materials in meeting marketing strategies.
Meet or exceed the annual goals of product contribution in assigned product group.
Recommend and supervise the implementation of global marketing strategy.
Implement the development and validation of long range planning and forecasting models for budget and production needs of the brand to ensure accuracy.
Cooperate with DM / SDM / NSM for the area strategyto achieve sales target.
Collaborate with Market Access, KAM and sales force for pricing strategy.
Monitor, reinforce and collaborate with training to sales force to increase their competitive edge.
Coordinate with market research / communications / public affairs and medical teams to achieve business goal.
Coordinate, arrange, monitor and control medical activities like medical society meeting, overseas congress, lecture tour and symposium.
Integral part of cross-functional brand team through the development working relationships with clinical, medical, regulatory affairs, sales and finance departments.
Identify, coordinate and support hospital listing activities to ensure product listing.
Design, execute, modify and offer local promotional materials and product core selling messages to help sales promotion.
Ensure day-to-day management of the portfolio e.g., customer complaints and enquiries, pricing and packaging changes and supply of sample packs.
Update monthly A&P forecasting and control A&P spending.
Build up, develop and maintain the good relationship with KOLs, government authorities, pharmaceutical experts, academic personalities, local policy makers and major customers.
Facilitate Group Selling (hospital seminar) or regional speech during doctors meeting to increase the prescriptions of products.
Initiate PAS (post authorization survey) and control the enrolment speed of PAS.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
