    Job Summary & Responsibilities

    Position Purpose :

    In conjunction with the Onto Innovation’s core values and practice, to meet sales targets through effective strategies and planning.

    Well understand customer’s requirement and team work closely with service team, application team and Business Units to maximize business opportunities in Litho, panel / substrate market segment plus assigned accounts and keep company competitive and innovative.

    Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationship by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.

    Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

  • Own and hit / exceed annual sales targets within assigned products and accounts in term of revenue, market share and etc..
  • Provide accurate sales forecast and update the status timely.
  • Develop and execute account strategy and execution plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base in panel / substrate and litho in Advanced Packaging market segment.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Team work with service team, application team and Business Units on account management and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
  • Provide the market feedback including the competitor information to Business Units for developing the sales and marketing strategies in time.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Qualifications

    Critical Qualification :

  • Proven sales experience in semiconductor industry and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English.
  • Education & Experience :

  • Minimum of Bachelors of Science Degree in a technical or marketing discipline
  • 8+ years equipment sales experience in semiconductor or substrate related industry.
  • With litho equipment sales experience will be a plus.
