Mailroom Administrator

Job Responsibilities

  • Process and distribute all incoming mail
  • Sort and process outgoing mail (including registered mail)
  • Calculate and compile the total cost of outbound domestic mail
  • Arranging and communicating with local couriers to confirm pickup and delivery
  • Monitor and order supplies for office printers / fax machine toner and paper
  • Monitor and order supplies for pantry consumables in all Taiwan offices
  • Coordinate and management of warehouse document storage
  • Contact and coordinate with external vendors / building management for maintenance of office facilities equipment
  • Meeting room arrangements and ordering of lunch boxes
  • Support the Executive Assistant of the General Manager for administrative matters as required
  • Support reception when required
  • Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and local languages
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take ownership of assigned duties
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Ability to be flexible in respect to work assignments and new learning
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in dealing with confidential information
  • Experience in handling front desk / reception duties
  • Good time management and detailed-oriented
  • Diploma or above educated or equivalent experience
  • Taipei
