What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for achieving sales quotasthrough the direct sale of PD products. Implement sales strategies to attainsales volume, product mix and profit objectives.
Calls on prospective customers, deliverseffective sales presentations, provide technical and administrative productinformation and / or demonstrations, organize hospital seminars, and quotesappropriate customer prices.
Monitors sales against forecasts andparticipates in the determination of market potential for the territory.
Works closely with clinicalspecialist / manager, customer service and operations to ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction.
Promotes the Baxter Culture throughpositive ongoing relationships and activities
Bachelor's degree with 3 years+ of workingexperiences in sales function.
Healthcare / pharmaceutical / MedicalDevices industry experience ispreferable
Working experience in CGMH (either nurse orsales) is preferable
