1. Leading and coaching Imfinzi sales team to achieve and exceed Imfinzi financial goals.
2. Closely working cross functional resources to support sales team to deliver business goals.
3. Coach sales team to develop tailored strategy for key accounts to support patients go through CCRT.
4. Working closely with Medical and Marketing team to deliver the value of Imfinzi to our customers.
5. Work with BUD to develop incentive and motivational scheme to drive business performance.
6. Support and leading sales team to build long term partnership with MDT and DMU in key accounts.
7. Develop the capabilities of sales team to ensure AZ stay ahead of other companies.
